1. Overview
We take pride in supplying high-quality automotive products. Due to the nature of our products and supply chain, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- No longer wanting the product
- Finding the product elsewhere
Please ensure all product specifications and compatibility are carefully reviewed before purchase.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is significantly different from the description
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
If the issue is minor, we may choose to provide a repair or replacement instead of a refund.
4. Fitment & Compatibility
We specialize in aftermarket automotive parts. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their specific vehicle.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect fitment due to wrong model selection
- Installation errors
- Modifications required during installation (common with aftermarket parts)
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
5. Return Conditions (If Applicable Under ACL)
If a return is approved:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- All original components and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Return Process
To request a return, customers must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
- Provide clear photos and description of the issue
- Await approval before sending any item back
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
7. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
8. Special Orders & Custom Products
Items that are made-to-order, custom, or imported specifically for the customer are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
